Refund and Return Policy

At Nutraloid, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product packaging is tampered with

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after the return period

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Replacement

If a product is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
